That game had two UNBELEIVEABLE PLAYS in the final minutes. This one, and then that ungodly catch by Kellen Winslow. Winslow broke my heart but in the years since that heartbreak as a WVU fan I came to appreciate how good the end of this game was. Unreal.

I can’t help but to get teary eyed when I watch this video. Owen Schmitt will ALWAYS be a West Virginia LEGEND! The #35 jersey should be retired at WVU.

Probably one of the best times in mountaineer history. Forget football being played, it’s about decent people all over the state loving each other and here is your result a huge man breaking down in tears because that is how powerful love is.

Goodwin is still in the league today which is amazing. I’ve seen less severe hits end careers before they even got the chance to get drafted.

I was like 10 years old and happened to be watching this and remember getting the chills watching it. This and Albert Pujols Game 5 2005 NLCS home run are very few times I've gotten chills from a sports game.
